Good location. Great staff. The rooms were a little weird. Not much lighting, small and the sink, toilet and sink were all divided. But all in all, this is a good hotel to stay in while visiting Edinburgh. Here's what I would like to see added: a concierge (this is a 4 star hotel so that is a must), a real lobby and an actual chair to sit in in the rooms.

A clean and modern hotel within easy reach of Princes Street and many restaurants. Some of the staff were friendly and kind, others appeared disinterested. Having more staff available at reception would improve the experience and reduce queues. The room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was large and comfortable - great nights sleep. Breakfast was ok- hot and cold options available but again could have benefited from more staff to help replenish food and drinks. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
