This was a delightful place to stay. The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly, the available breakfast was just the ticket. Location was excellent getting to all the things we wanted to do. And very handy to the train station as well would definitely stay again.

The hotel was near the train station, had pleasant sitting area in the lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions. They made the beginning of our stay in Scotland easy to navigate and enjoyable.

The room was small, but clean. The location can’t be beat. The staff were friendly & helpful. Both the door into the room and the bathroom door were really wide making it incredibly accessible for those in wheelchairs.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Someone was always available to help! Room was clean, but would have liked a few toiletries. There was a big bottle of body wash and hand wash, but would have appreciated a bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner. Overall, experience was great!

Great location next to the train station and many restaurants. Also, convenient to the St. Andrew’s tram stop and various busses. The room was very small but comfortable - our only complaint was that the bed was incredibly hard. But that is a matter of preference and we prefer soft beds!

This property is unique in that it is incredibly well-located in the city center next to transportation hubs and both New Town and Old Town while maintaining a reasonable cost. The rooms are small but the finishes are high quality and well-maintained. The staff is very warm and approachable and it is encouraged to use the 24 hour”bar”/lounge as a third space as needed. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable there!

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful. We had to wait 4 hours to get into our room. Arrived at hotel at 11am and couldn’t check in until 3pm. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in such a great location for walking around the city. Overall a great stay although some quirks of the hotel were interesting-you had to put your key in a slot to turn on the lights but some of the lights were hardwired in and you couldn't turn off without taking the key out of the slot. Not a terrible inconvenience but it was an adjustment!
