"Rooms felt dirty & breakfast hardly qualified as breakfast. It was okay- but i would not recommend this facility. "

"The hotel was easy to find, good directions. The desk clerk could have been a little nicer, she seemed very put out that we we're checking in. Was surprised when she told me that I had to give her my credit card for a $150.00 hold. Usually the credit card you use to pay for the room is good enough but she said that because I booked through Expedia I need to give her a credit card. I did get the hold money back. The room and bathroom were clean but there was no microwave or coffee pot in the room. There was a frig. The hotel is very close to the St. Augustine outlet mall. I will stay here again when in this area."

"The staff are amazing! The hotel is conveniently located. This has been our third time there in 2 months and we are heading there again next month! It's become our go-to hotel in the area!"

"Location was on a very busy road, right off of I-95. The place seemed to be remodeled and looked clean. I stayed on an overnight stay and did see a live roach in my room and then a dead one in the hallway near the pool area. "
