"We enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we used this chain, it was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Room smelled like marijuana, but staff was able to change rooms for us. Overall “meh”, room was dingy with some stains and lots of patches to the wall, etc. water backed up in the bathroom sink. Beds were surprisingly comfy and right on the beach. Great views."

"The hotel was pretty clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was set at the perfect temperature. The bathroom had the amenities needed when you're away. Breakfast was good, we really liked it. Check in was easy and fast."

"Our room wasn't as clean as we would prefer it to be but it wasn't disgusting either. It seems like a busy place so it may have been turned around quickly. The breakfast was good with different options each day we were there. The staff was friendly when we checked in but after that it seemed like you were bothering them when we asked for our soaps and lotions to be refilled since they were empty to start with. Im thinking these issues arent normal practice. We would give them another chance if...

"Very old, dirty. No towels at the pool despite an expensive resort fee. Very old dingy lounger chairs at the pool, etc. Stay was expensive for very little."
