"Super helpful and accommodating staff! We traveled with a baby and toddler and it was great to have a pack n’ play provided. The location is great, making it very easy to park and get the car/ kids unloaded. The room was spacious, clean and had blackout curtains. It was a great stay and experience."

"The hotel room is large, with comfortable bedding and quality linens. Bathroom is well-appointed and updated. Room and bathroom super clean, but decor is older as see n in the website pictures. GREAT rooftop restaurant for drinks, food, etc. Not gourmet food, but definitely more than fine. Great vibe, good music. Staff was super kind. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stay at this hotel in Midtown because of the location and other unique aspects that makes this place a hidden gem. It's just one train ride to Yankee Stadium and the subway to Times Square is literally across the street. Also, we love the junior suite with two queens and a pullout for all 4-5 of us. The rooms have large 65" TVs, the internet is not bad (14 Mbps up/down), and the staff as well as the housekeeping are very helpful. The kids just wish there was a pool. But they like the fitness center and breakfast is not great but not bad. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend to a friend."

"I loved my NY experience here. I was put on the top floor which was scary but exciting. The best part was they let me check in when I arrived rather then wait with all my luggage. The staff are very friendly."
