"Perfect overnight prior to our flight home. Comfy beds. Amazing AC. Slept like a champ. Overall, the hotel needs some updates but amenities (esp the pool and kinderland) were great to have access too and the staff was great!"

"The staff was AWESOME! And the room was always as clean as a whistle!!! One of the best things that the water pressure was fantastic! And the AC was outstanding! Ayda from housekeeping was super professional very thorough with her work and accommodating. If I ever visit Bosnia again without a doubt I'll be staying at Malak! Breakfast was great with a variety of options."

"I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only (20 euros). This was an example"
