"We really enjoyed our stay, even though we arrived late. There were plenty of places nearby to buy something to eat, as well as a pub, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we experienced was with the bathroom. We tried to use the bathtub, but there was no cold water running to mix with the hot water, and the bathtub stopper wasn't working, so we couldn't use it properly. "I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."
