"No HOT water at all. No shower available but luckily it was a very short stay. Booked through a third party so they said they couldn’t do anything for us beside some added reward points. The hotel was under construction but the room was spacious, clean and AC worked great. The breakfast is included but barely edible. "Overall, this was a good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay, but I did experience a few issues that future guests should be aware of. First, the air conditioning unit was quite loud. Whenever it was running, it made it difficult to hear the television, and I could not find a way to completely turn the heating/air conditioning system off. Second, I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and later realized that housekeeping would not return unless I specifically requested room service. I didn't...
