Hotel was definitely economy. Fine for the night. Room didn’t have any ashtrays but it smelled like smoke or perhaps just musty. There was no bathmat for the shower and no extra towels to use no extra blanket and only 3 small pillows. The WiFi password at check in and on the key case was incorrect. When I mentioned it at checkout, they were aware of the error and never mentioned it at check in. Location was good- right off the highway. As I said, for one night, it was reasonably priced and you got what you paid for.

Upon arrival the person at the front was the only good experience we received. My friend and I came out to see a concert and wanted to be close to the location so that’s the ONLY reason for the stay, but I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL. Check in was easy, then going to our room we seen legs coming down a set of stairs we needed to walk up to get to our room. There was a man knocked out looking half dead on the stairs, we seen a used condom wrapper with the condom next to it on the same set of stairs when leaving the location. The toilet was barely flushing so we knew it would become a problem. After the third use (just pee) it clogged on us and we called the front desk. Before the attendant came though the toilet cleared out. We found a used tampon under the toilet and it just smelled of old people when entering the room. Next morning the toilet wouldn’t flush so we called the front desk again only to be met with complete rudeness. We were told since we clogged it up we need to come get the plunger…I was appalled. This was not the nice man we met upon arrival, this was a short older man with a beard and glasses, just a rude person and bad customer service all around. We didn’t even shower there, we left the very next morning before checkout. Never again….Dont Do It. Stay Far Far away…..I warned you.

Let's be real...you get what you pay for. Sketchy at best...If you are looking for white glove service...this is not it. On the flip side...my room was clean. While I was out...someone came in made the bed, replaced dirty towels... and tidied up...thank you. If you want an inexpensive place to lay your head...and you are not tooooo picky...this is it!

The room was clean the couple nights. I see there, they also allow pets, which is nice for pet lovers. The parking is good for truck drivers versus regular people. The air of ventilation is good. They have a bathroom window. You can open up as well as an AC to kind of like get the air flowing through if you wanna like kind of air out your room. Also, I like the fact that they have smoking and non-smoking for people who do like to smoke. It makes it comfortable further stay which is not allowed in a lot of facilities. Overall a decent place to stay is the Access on and off the highway also

Economy Inn - a GREAT stay!

The Economy Inn was a great, comfortable, clean and conveniently located place for my wife and I to stay in the Hartford area! My 95 year old mother was with us and she loved it too!

Surprisingly nice

Surprisingly clean, comfy, and quiet for a motel within spitting distance of an interstate off ramp. Nicely located with access to food venues. Including a dispensary directly out front, if you’re into that sort of thing.
