"Elizabeth and Martin were perfect hosts and nothing too much trouble. The location was perfect for us and near great restaurants and pubs beside river. Breakfasts cooked to order and perfection...even the poached eggs just right. Nice courtyard in back with gazebo seating and lots of flowers. We were there on hottest weekend of year so bedroom very hot but nothing could have been done about it...ag least windows opened and was a large ceiling fan in room. Would have preferred king bed but knew...

"Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."
