"We loved the hotel, staff, and our room with great windows. Breakfast is great. One thing I would have liked is more shelf space, counter space or dresser, there was very little furniture to unpack, or spaces in the bathroom for my things. "

"NO air conditioning and NO cable TV (cast, screen mirroring also did not work - no internet in the room). I paid for a family room with a sofa bed for my mother and I and it was definitely not what was pictured. Same with the bathroom. Not sure if the photos are of rooms in this hotel at all? The only thing i appreciated was the friendly worker at breakfast - Esther!"

"I only spent one night at the Hotel Adler Zurich as I had an early flight out the next morning. It was a good experience as the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with helping to choose a restaurant for dinner and making sure there was a taxi waiting to get me to the airport in the morning. And it is located in Old Town - greta location! I would stay again if I ever get back to Zurich."

"It is an old property. We almost fry at night be cause there was not AC and the room was very hot. Bathroom shower wouldn’t drain. I don’t recommend this hotel "
