Went to check-in at Dushore hotel. Very clean and neat. Lots of pillows on the lovely queen bed. The hotel was easy to find and our room was huge!! However, the staff person was very nice but did not know English. Therefore our questions could not be answered. Got back to the hotel at 8:30pm and it was " closed". There was info on the desk. If we had a question we were to call a regular line to talk with a person. In our room we couldn't watch the TV. The remote was missing and we couldnt find it anywhere. We didn't want to call at 9pm to complain. Also, it was very eerie in that hotel. We were the ONLY PERSONS in the building. There were no cars in the parking or another else near the hotel. Very eerie and dangerous. We were not happy at the dushore hotel. The next day there was a front desk employee that was polite but again, she didn't know English. We left the hotel with NO RECEIPT. The girl DID help with our suitcases.

Was not sure what to expect in this small town. The room was very spacious with a sitting area and coffee station area. The bathroom was excellent with good water pressure and nice towels. The pantry area was convenient with snacks after a long drive and toast, cereal, and coffee in the morning.

Excellent!

Large, clean room that even had a small kitchen. Free continental breakfast. When they found out I was leaving for a hike before breakfast is normally served, they put it out early for me (I didn't ask them to). So nice of them!

The Dining options around town were terrible everything was closed or not open until the weekend. I wouldn’t go there again. The room we had was really nice and the owner was a husband and wife they were awesome and so was the room. There just wasn’t any places to get a nice dinner on Monday or Tuesday when we were there only go Friday Saturday when more places are open. V.Lafranchi

They advertise breakfast. It consisted of three dry cereals with no milk, some oatmeal, some microwave pastries. The water and ice machine did not work. We had to buy ice. For service you had to call. The facility appeared very new and clean. Service questionable. When we arrived, the attendant did not know we were coming. He charged us on our credit card after we had paid through expedia. They did reverse that charge.

The hotel was fantastic. The room was gorgeous and spacious. It’s a small family owned hotel, and the owners were very friendly, polite and courteous. The only gripe I have is not with the property or the owners/operators, but with the location of the property. It’s pretty remote. Not many amenities near by. This is a little frustrating because if you want drinks or snacks in the evening, the only options are a Dollar General and a gas station/mini-mart near by. Again, this issue is with the location, not the property itself or the owners/operators.

The room was spacious and clean. The check in process was not good. I thought someone would be onsite to check in from 4-8 pm. I arrived at 5 and waited over an hour to get checked in. The manager was not on site. He thought I was someone else then couldn’t locate my reservation. Finally we got instructions to get the room key.

We got there before the 4pm check-in. The hotel was locked. The two phone numbers taped to the building were for Florida and New York. I checked the website, called the number listed and the mailbox was full. We left. I realize we are out the money but I would remove them from your site.

The door was locked when I arrived. Nobody behind the desk. nobody answered the doorbell. Two phone numbers posted. One went directly to voicemail. The other didn't even have voicemail set up. I eventually got a call from... somebody... saying they would let me in. Other than a less than helpful checkin with zero questions answered, I never saw anybody at the front desk the entire 3 days I stayed there. The restaurant was closed the entire time, also. The room was fine. Nothing special. Clean, at least, with new fixtures. I'm pretty sure I was the only guest in the entire hotel for the first couple nights.
