Located 2 blocks from Main Street is a condo just for you. 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo that sleeps 4 (separate bedroom upstairs with a King size bed and a pull out couch downstairs in the living room that has a queen size memory foam mattress) offers more luxury than the local hotels/motels and at the same comparable prices. This condo also features a 40" flat screen television. The television also has a DVD player for those movie nights. A pull out couch sleeps two to accommodate more in your party. This condo also features Wi-Fi and internet services. This condo also features a built in washer and dryer for your washing needs. Prepare a nice meal in the kitchen using all the kitchen items located at arms reach.
Located with-in steps of this fabulous condo are great eating establishments that serve your favorite dishes, beef, seafood, chicken dinners, and sushi, are readily available day or night. Also some vegetarian areas are close by. Located just 270 steps from the front condo door is the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. Only two narrow gauge railroads exist in Colorado! Enjoy the scenery as you travel to beautiful Silverton Colorado tucked in its quaint little corner of the world. Ski beautiful Purgatory Ski Resort. A ski shuttle will do most of the work and you can relax more knowing that you don't have to drive to ski. Enjoy your time on the mountain as it offers nice restaurants to eat by, or if you don't ski, ride up and enjoy the scenery. Not to over look, Gold Metal Waters, fly fish to your hearts content on the beautiful Animas River. Durango also services the best hunting areas in the State. If you want to venture off and sight see, there are many opportunities to catch up with and take part in some nice recreational activities. Travel West and visit the famous Mesa Verde ruins, Travel East of Durango and soak in the warm Hot Spring Waters in Pagosa Springs, From Pagosa, is Wolf Creek ski area just 40 minutes away from Durango. A great ski area, much cheaper than Purgatory and the lines are shorter. Both resorts have a "teddy bear camp" for young children to learn skiing or snowboarding.

We enjoyed our stay in Durango. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to all of the restaurants and shops in the downtown. The condo was spacious and clean. We'd stay there again!

We loved staying in Durango at this great condo. It was the perfect location to walk everywhere. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have as we had been on the road over a week by the time we arrived. The bathroom was amazing and the kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable!

Stayed here over Christmas with my wife and 2 kids 2 and under. The location is fantastic and walking distance to everything you need in downtown Durango. Cherith was a great hostess and even surprised us on Christmas with a nice gift basket! We will definitely be back!

We loved the condo and the location! Everything we needed (and more) was provided for us. The condo is a short, easy walk to the downtown area. We especially loved the spacious master bedroom and bath. Cherith, the owner, was extremely attentive to our needs and easy to work with. When we return to Durango, this will be our choice place to stay!

The location is great. Condo is very comfortable and clean. We are in our 60's and found everything in walking distance and convenient. The flight of stairs posed no problem for us. Cherith was very easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to come back again.

Located downtown Durango with covered off-street parking, this condo is in a perfect location ! It’s quiet and charming. The layout was perfect for us with the master bedroom, bath and laundry located upstairs and an open layout downstairs with pull-out sofa sleeper. The bottle of wine was a welcome touch and Cherith is an excellent host. We’ll be back!

The location is great. We walked out of the condo to get dinner in downtown. Great places for breakfast and lunch within 2-5 minutes of walking. The place is very nice inside. Comfortable living room and bed. The shower is big, clean, and upscale. Plenty of space to spread out for two people. The only downside is that a couple of the doors stuck a little, and I'd personally switch out the shower head. Overall, a fantastic place, and a much better deal than the hotels.

Very good location and nice property. Lots of stairs! Could definitely use some new bed pillows and we never found facial tissues but the condo was otherwise very comfortable. Covered parking is also an advantage. We would also suggest a towel hook outside of the shower as there was no place, other than the floor, to place a towel.

Clean condo was perfect for our family of three and very close to everything in town...shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Our car stayed parked in the designated, covered area unless we were driving to Purgatory. We were first-time visitors to Durango and the owner was just a quick text away. She gave us restaurant reviews and even a tip on buying lift tickets at a discounted price. We will be back, as soon as possible!!!

We found the condo to be in a great location in downtown Durango. Although we did not take the train, the location is only about 2 blocks from the train depot. We loved being able to explore Main Street with our grandson. The trolly is only a few blocks away as well. Parking was not an issue while we were there. We parked in the designated spot while our son and daughter found places on 3rd without any problem. The bathroom upstairs is very nice with a great shower. Our grandson loved the triangular bathtub in the large upstairs bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in Durango.

The Condo was beautiful and modern. It was also very quite. We didn't hear street noise or the neighbors. The neighbors we did meet were very nice. The location is two blocks from Main Street and we walked every where unless we were taking a drive in the mountains or visiting Walmart. :-) We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend the Lone Spur Restaurant for breakfast. The staff was great and the prices right. We also loved the Steamworks Brewing Co. on East 2nd Ave. If you like craft beer make a point to go for happy hour but go early or you might have a wait. We would also recommend reservations at night to anywhere in town.

The location of the condo can't be beat. It's about two blocks off of Main Avenue which has all the shopping and restaurants. It's just far enough away that you don't hear all the garbage trucks and delivery trucks each morning. The condo itself was very clean and the layout was super. My wife and I were the only ones that stayed here and there was a lot of room. The living room was large enough we used it as a gathering point for us and four other relatives every evening. Our cable TV went out and I called the owners. And within 30 minutes it was fixed. I will definitely look to rent this unit if we return to Durango.

This condo is perfectly located on a lovely, tree-lined street in Durango and is within a few blocks walking distance of the downtown restaurants, stores, and the depot for the Durango/Silverton Railroad. We were three people and had just enough space. The condo was clean and had all the conveniences, including everything needed to cook meals for eating in. The parking space is a bit tight, and for aging flatlanders like us from Florida, the two long flights of stairs at 7,000 feet elevation made us puff a bit. But, we were entirely pleased with the accommodations and the helpfulness of the owner. A few of the ceiling lights had blown out, but were immediately replaced by the owner upon notification of the problem. We would be pleased to stay again if the situation arises. Great place!
