clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has been remodeled since our last stay. The food at the restaurant was great and having a Starbucks on site was helpful when a quick bite and coffee was needed on the way out. Will definitely be staying here again.

Upscale Property finishes and decor, rooms, bedding and fixtures are modern clean and comfortable. Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

We booked this hotel due to our flight airline cancelling our flight the day of. Thankfully this hotel made a very hectic day alot easier. They have a very good restaurant with plenty of options. Everything we ate was exceptional. And the best part was how comfortable the beds were. After such a long day, all we wanted to do was rest and these beds did the trick! The staff was so friendly and treated us well. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. And, if we are ever in Durango City again, we will be staying here!

Such a pretty hotel. First floor rooms are really pretty and remodeled. Second floor not so much. Food was amazing cannot complain. Although they were having a lot of trouble with washers and dryers the employees were so helpful. Very welcoming. Definitely would go back!
