"We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk. Additionally, upon accessing our tent the access code provided was incorrect. While we enjoyed our stay, and have returned to this location for four summers, we have found that for the annual increase in price the quality of service/accommodation has declined. Great place for families, however! Beautiful location!"
