"Staff were superb. Hotel room was clean and lovely (toilet seat came off on first use but I fixed it back). Changing rooms in spa smelled and hotel was a little worn but no complaints as it’s a 3 star so our expectations were met."

Good breakfast, felt a little rushed when bringing out the hot choice (I’d only just got myself some cereal) We ate at the restaurant in the evening, good food, substantial portions, average price for the area. Nice swimming pool, very quiet first thing in the morning. Helpful, friendly staff, we spoke to the cleaners each day & reception staff, all very cheerful & pleasant. I’ve already recommended the hotel & would return ourselves."

"Beautiful hotel with pristine rooms. Abundant luxury in-room amenities (robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and lots more). Great location close to bus station, train station, and multiple restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Seamless login to wifi. Was able to stream from my device to TV with no technical issues. Never had to wait more than 5 seconds for an elevator. I love that it was actually possible to open the window too! (just a few inches, but enough to get fresh air). Thanks for a terrific stay!"

"It’s a great location and the kitchen is fully equipped. The room is spacious. Value for money in view of the hotel price in the area. A few small issues: pillows are quite high for me and the staff said there’s no other option; the hot water in the shower was not very hot; the pots, pan, and tea tower were not cleaned properly. "
