○● friendly and courteous staff. Made the stay enjpyable. Only down side is the ice machine and laundry facilities are on the third floor. Very inconvenient. Especially with no elevator.

Nice location - great restaurants nearby - hassle free check in and out - hotel could use renovations, but for the price point that I paid, it served the purpose of the trip. Hallways had an interesting aroma to it, so I would encourage the owners to invest in some air quality control systems. Also, the side door on top of the hill, ppl keep propping the door open or if you swing the door too wide to open it will remain open.

Give this a pass

We stayed here overnight to be close to the start of Marine Corps Marathon. This was close to the shuttle bus spot. That's the only good thing about this place. The place looks run down. It stinks like crazy if smoke/ smoking.... with the hallway having a much stronger smell than the rooms. Our bed smelled bad (and this is after shifting already from 1 room) and i had terrible falling asleep. Was glad to be back home. The guy in the front desk was helpful and seemed apologetic. But that's all he could do. Save your money. Spend a lil more and stay in a decent place.

This property needs a desperate updating and deep cleaning. I felt compelled to wear my shoes in the room and did not shower because the shower appeared to have the potential to make me less sanitary after using it.

The bedsheets were dirty with stains; we wouldn’t sleep under them. The bathroom was barely clean, there was mold in the caulking for the shower. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! There were 5+ in the room that we saw and they even crawled into our bags, when I unpacked at home a roach came crawling out. Would not recommend.

The property is old, dingy, and not well maintained. The hall floors were nasty and the room was bad. It appeared to be as clean as it may get; however the property is not well maintain. Walls need paint, bed was horrible (uncomfortable, squeaky, and not stable or sound), the headboard and nitestands were old and chipped, the mini fridge was old and had a dent in the door. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. I would never stay there again. Also guest that I saw appeared to “renters”. The place reminds you of a rooming house.
