It seems like a "family friendly" place, and until late, children were noisily running up and down the hall. The room was clean, but basic. "Lovely clean room. Really nice complimentary breakfast and the staff all smiley and helpful. I didn’t use the gym or laundry so can’t comment on that. Very centrally located. Caird Hall, McManus Museum, Abertay University and main shopping area all within 5 mins walk. Parking available at hotel but also plenty of car parks nearby. "
