The elegant traditional Croatian house with spectacular sea view occupies a prime spot on one of Croatia’s sunniest parts in village Orašac at only 15km from Dubrovnik

A restored home that offer all modern luxury with unique outside space, for relaxing on shaded teracce.You will find also a traditional taverna detached from this house with barbeque and table for dinning. Open doors and you are greeted by the sparkling sea and a view of the Elafiti islands.

Now completely renovated, the estate is the perfect choice for a relaxed holiday in the sun.The estate itself is enchanting, but it’s also just a 5-minute walk from the beach or restaurants at Radison Dubrovnik Sun Gardens.

Waking up in the Dolina house every day is an experience you’ll want to last forever.

Natural stone and wood combined with subtle tones of green, white and blue blend perfectly with the theme of sun, sea and Dalmatian flora.

The surrounding areas complement this home wonderfully well. The calm and restful scenery is enough to keep you occupied for hours. The village of Orašac is just a five minute walk away, as is the beach. When you just want to get away from the hectic pace of life, Orašac delivers. Private parking space for 2 cars you will find in front of house.

115m2 of inside space divided on ground floor and first floor.

Ground floor occupy a fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, Freezer, Oven, cooktop, Dishwasher, Toaster, Juicer, microwave, table for 6 in dining area and living area with large TV. Air-condition in this floor.
At the ground floor you will find extra toilet.

On firs floors second air-condition.
They are 3 bedrooms,
Master bedroom with sea view, large double with on suite bathroom with shower.

2 other bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds and sea view( can be made as one large bed ) and one with large bed.

Second bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
Washing machine, and iron and ironing board.

Outside from the main house you will find tavern as detached house with barbeque and dining table with chairs.

On terrace you will find sun chairs and also a separate relaxing furniture.

Der Blick auf's Meer ist atemberaubend.

Das Haus liegt etwas höher im Ort. Der Blick auf's Meer ist wunderschön. Drumherum ist nichts und das ist Erholung pur. Man kann sehr gut auch auf der Terrasse entspannen. Zum Meer muss man schon mit dem Auto fahren, ansonsten ist der Weg zu steil und lang. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht u.a. zum Essen.

One of the best rentals ever

Beautifull house. Great hosts that are next door and always willing to help. All the commodities to cook. Wonderful view in the morning and evening. Very quiet. We have rented many houses from VRBO and this is by far the best.

Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen in der Nähe Dubrovniks

Mit sehr schönem Ausblick, netten Gastgebern und sehr guter Ausstattung haben wir zu viert einen schönen Urlaub in einer sauberen Ferienwohnung mit bezaubernder Terasse und Außendusche genossen. Wenn sie nur ein paar Kilometer westlich (also von Dubrovnik weg fahren) finden sie unterhalb eines sehenswerten Aboretums eine höchst romantische Badestelle - traumhaft.

Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural location.

This is a comfortable villa owned by the friendly, caring family next door who were eager to support us having the best time - including offering to drop us off at the shops and sharing some of their home made wine (which was delicious). The kitchen was functional and worked well with simple catering in mind and worked for our purposes as we ate out some of the time too. The balcony terrace is stunning and perfect for sitting out at all times of the day and evening. We really enjoyed sitting out there eating, drinking and reading. Having great air con, a third loo and a washing machine were valuable added extras. Uber taxis operate in the area and were a handy, cheap and efficient way to get around the island for short or long trips. The bakery at the bottoms of the hill was great. We enjoyed eating at the Hawaii Pizza place down on the beach (amazing sunsets to be seen here) and the bar up in the main village was lovely for an evening drink too. Tsteno gardens, Zaton and Dubrovnik were lovely excursions out and about if you enjoy scenery. We didn’t spend as much time on the beaches as we had anticipated as these were quite rocky and a long walk down and even longer walk back on a hot day - this wouldn’t be an issue if you have a car or Uber but worth mentioning so you can plan appropriately for footwear and transport. Finally in order to enjoy the truly beautiful views the villa is located at the top of a steep road and staircase, this was absolutely fine for us but again may be worth knowing about as it may impact those with mobility issues. Overall we had a splendid time and are pleased we got to enjoy being around such lovely generous people in a wonderful setting, would definitely recommend.

Very nice house and fantastic view, but you need a car for everything

Really nice and very helpful host. House is like shown on the pictures. But there were no German TV channels, which we were promised :-(. And the beach on the picture is presumably not the beach nearby, since there where no sun loungers or umbrellas to rent. You had to drive to a smaller beach. 7-8 minutes by car. I hoped Orasac were som kind of village with a small cosy centre and a supermarket. There was nothing like this, but this is my fault. I could have done som research. Really quiet place. Only the dogs from the neighbour were barking.

Sehr schönes haus -alles neu und sauber. Gut ausgerüstete küche. Sehr nette gastgeber!!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, alles neu und liebevoll gestaltet. Die küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Die terrasse hat einen grandiosen ausblick und ist für eine große familie perfekt geschnitten. Die zwei Parkplätze sind groß genug. Wer eng steht bekommt auch drei Autos drauf. Zum Strand und bäcker benötigt man das Auto, es sei denn man möchte einen langen Spaziergang machen. Beides mal hat es genügend parkplätze - also kein Problem. Der strand war trotz hauptsaison nicht überfüllt. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Nach dubrovnik sind es ca. 15 minuten, eine schöne fahrt entlang der küste. Und wer an der küstenstrasse oben parkt und die vielen stufen in kauf nimmt kann sich auch die teuren parkgebühren sparen. Insgesamt war das ein toller Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Sehr schöne, idyllische Villa mit grandioser Terasse und bezauberndem Blick aufs Meer. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastfamilie. Einziger Nachteil: Erreichbarkeit der Strände fast nur mit dem Auto möglich aufgrund der Entfernung zur Villa.

Just an amazing stay.... It is more than 5 stars worth.

It was a gorgeous stay in that wonderful and lovely decorated house in Orašac. We stayed two weeks in Croatia and by far this house was the best of all. The view from the terrace was stunning and the house was more than spotless clean. We missed nothing. The owners are really hospitable and very kind persons who help you wherever they can. Thank you for the great hospitality. All in all highly recommendable.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We loved staying here. The villa was immaculate, the views were stunning and swimming in the sea was a delight. The owners could not have been more helpful. They even baked a cake for my son on his birthday! Thank you, we had a wonderful holiday.
