"This was by far the most disappointing hotel of this trip and one I would not choose to stay at again. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival, despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. The rooms are very dated and in need of significant updating. The beds and pillows were also extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room was also lacking basic amenities that many travelers expect. There was no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker, which made the stay much less convenient than anticipated. On top of that, guests are charged extra for both parking and breakfast, which felt unreasonable given the overall condition and quality of the hotel. The only positive aspect of the stay was the shower, which was clean, modern, and had great water pressure. Overall, this hotel fell far short of expectations. Between the cigarette smell, uncomfortable accommodations, outdated rooms, lack of basic amenities, and additional charges for parking and breakfast, I cannot recommend it and would not return."

"The main highlight is that my five-year old left his favourite cuddly in the hotel room and the hotel shipped it back over to the UK without hesitation or friction. Thank you! Otherwise the hotel is very clean with good sized rooms and lovely showers. Plenty of plug sockets and charging points in the room. Located right next to the port with great access to car parking and electric car charging, if that's your thing. It's a 5-minute tram ride into the city centre with the end-of-the-line tram stop literally outside the hotel. It was a relatively quiet area (no street noise at night). Also walking distance to the East Road Cafe for an amazing breakfast if you want something outside the hotel. A great stay and thank you guys for returning Clifford the Hippo!"

"The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were very quiet, beds were very comfortable. Bar area and restaurant were very nice, although we just enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The staff for the morning breakfast was so nice, Himanshi, Diego, Leon and Martina all worked so hard and kept everything clean and tidy. A little more variety for the morning breakfast would be great, but really a minor complaint. We hope to be back to enjoy this hotel and Dublin again soon!"
