Amazing stay! Thank you. Great staff very clear and breakfast amazing value amd quality. Location is great too. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
The Samuel is a nice, clean and newer hotel. You will need to travel to get to most of the attractions and old town but the tram station is directly outside the hotel so super convenient. Of note, the hotel staff were excellent!!!
Improve check-in -
no cards were in the self check in machine, massive queue leading out the door, only 2 staff on reception
Rooms were all clean comfortable amd quiet excellent night sleep
The Samuel is very nice. We didn’t really have cause to interact much with the staff, so I just did the 4 stars. I gave it 4 stars overall because of location. It is in the financial district, which is great if you’re in Dublin on business, but away from the central area, if you’re a tourist.
The room was nice, a little on the smaller side but okay. We had a nice view out our window. We were here 5 nights and they didn’t think cleaning our room was needed I guess. They didn’t give us some more towels though.
The location was great, 1/2 block from the tram line that took you up town.
We would stay again.
The location is fantastic for access to city activities in a quiet location. The LUAS tram is very close to the hotel and bus service runs on the main street near the hotel. The room and halls were quiet and comfortable.
Very clean room, excellent breakfast, and a lovely shower.
Front desk staff are kind and helpful. They held our luggage when we arrived and got us early check-in! Breakfast is only £13 when ordered at the front desk the night before and is worth the price. Very close to the train. Would stay here again!
Perfect little hotel! No complaints at all, most comfortable bed I slept in while visiting Ireland, out of 4 different hotels.
Food at the restaurant was very good and the staff was always willing to help.
It is all good , the location is so convenient but we missed the breakfast due to the time , had to go to the airport at 7AM but will come back. It would be nice to have a refrigerator.
We stayed at The Samuel Hotel on our first night in Ireland then left the next morning to explore other towns. After visiting 4 towns for a week we came back to The Samuel as we were flying out of Dublin. We stayed 2 more nights and I could not have been more impressed with The Samuel. Rooms awesome, food great, staff amazing, location perfect!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Convenient location, very nice staff. Windows look into a small lightwell which seemed odd, but you can see the city from the corridor.
Easy check in and check out.
No major complaints. We didn't have enough towels, but staff was quick to correct it.
