Good location and cheap for Dublin area. Bathroom was a bit dirty but still usable. Sleeping was fine and reception is 24/7 so really helpful. Area is safe. There's a bar in the ground floor..great for sports and food. Also right next to jameson distillery tour! Would come again as a solo traveller.

Easy to meet people, easy to walk around and very accessible to all tourist attractions ! I would say the towel situation is a little annoying I feel like we should be given one towel for they stay for free instead of paying 4€… also when they come in the rooms to clean I notice they down wipe down the actual beds so make sure to wipe down and cover with sheets but you get what you pay for and it’s already convenient with walking and the trains I would stay here again :)

On the bright side: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately this didnt keep me from having a bad sleep caused by the extremely noisy doors that were constantly opened and banged closed during the night. I also wish i had been notified in advance that you werent allowed to bring any type of food stuff into the hostel. Not even an apple.

Great spot

This was a great stop for our family. Even though it was crazy hot, the guy at the front desk was super helpful in finding us a fan for our room. The room was otherwise comfy. The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan and so it was steamy and smelled and the towels didn't dry out. We loved being able to have a coffee in the morning and play billiards without the loud music and crowds. It is also a great location with plenty of food and drink spots to walk to.

Claustro triple bunk bed

It was fine but those triple bunk beds are claustrophobic and I would hit my head often. It was also difficult getting out without hitting my back off the roof of my bunk. Staff were lovely

This property is in a good location - we were able to walk to many places easily. It is also very close to a tram stop and once we got visitor leap cards, we traveled even greater distances easily. There is a small market across the street that we used a couple mornings as well. The property itself is okay - quite noisy at night, bit warm on the top bunks (for us in July), and you must provide your own towels, unless you want to pay to rent one. This worked for our family for a short stay, but wouldn’t do it for much longer as sleep was hard with the noise throughout the night.

Ok but could be better

The staff was super nice, however we needed to pay for our towels (4 eur) and the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room was ok… nothing more. I think this hostel needs an update. I have been in hostels before but this one didn’t even have a fridge to keep our food nor a kitchen to cook.. which is a purpose for a hostel I believe. The location is amazing though..: tram, bus, restaurants, etc. were super close.

This is a great place to stay for a younger crowd. We were looking for somewhere cheap so it was perfect. However, it is better suited for a young traveler wanting to meet new people and have entertainment in the evening.
