"Reception very unhelpful For the price we paid over $600 for 3 nights breakfast was not included We paid extra for breakfast one morning and it was very ordinary bread was stale and toaster was old Hair all through the shower hot water took forever to come through the shower and sink. No complimentries anywhere in the room Bed was hard furniture old ,code wouldn't work for the laundry Nothing like it looks on the website Will not be staying here again nor recommending it to anyone"

"I heard back from our host Kate promptly, check in was as described. The house was spacious well equipped and clean. Loved the sunken lounge room packed with kids toys & tv & video games. It allowed an area for children to hang out, with a separate area for the adults. House is located within a few minutes drive to Taronga western plain zoo."

"I have stayed at budget hotels before so was not expecting luxury. But I dont expect food wrappers and broken food on the floor stuffed under the bed. Mould in the shower, slimy marks on the shower wall, the shower head falling out of the wall. Safety is a major issue, the fire escape door is left wide open 24/7. You need a key card to get into the front door but anyone can get in the back. We were only staying while my daughter had the Central West Football Championships, but ended up leaving a getting another motel after one sleep. I spoke with the manager and explained the issues. I have taken photos. I have requested a partial refund since we spent $440 on this motel. I was advised to email them which I have done but have had no response so no help from staff. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful clean modern accommodation. The only downside was the garage needed a good decobweb and the BBQ was very small and wasn't clean. Everything else was wonderful. Just a suggestion, maybe have a couple of side tables in the living room."
