I could not fault the hotel. It was the cleanest I have ever been in with the best breakfast. The staff were all excellent, it was so good that we booked a further night later in the week.

Luxurious. Service is IMPECCABLE from the moment you arrive. So much help from the bellmen. We didn’t lift a finger. Always someone nearby to direct you. They are always waiting to serve. 24 hour butler so no need to call housekeeping. The room was gorgeous, and VERY MODERN/beautiful. High end fixtures and toiletries. High ceilings. Plush robes and towels. Quiet floor. Fresh fruit in the room. You will feel taken care of. The connected restaurant is new and the food was fantastic! Red carpet treatment. The breakfast buffet includes ala carte hit items and detox juices. The men options were insanely amazing for buffet style. All freshly prepared. The pool was clean and heated! If you want luxury, stay here. It sets the bar! Our only issue was a resort credit given that we didn’t have time to use, so we purchased an item from the spa, which we later learned was not included. We were supposed to get a room upgrade, but we are unclear if we did, or if all the rooms were this amazing.

Luxurious experience

We travelled as a family with kids and we are very pleased with our stay at Raffles. The service was excellent. They provided everything we asked for and everyone was very kind and helpful. The facilities are very spacious, functional and clean. The lobby area is especially beautiful. The pool area was also very nice. We also had great massages at the spa. The direct access to the mall is very convenient.
