The home is connected to a non-rentable lock-out suite the property manager resides in. This lock-out suite is located above the garage and connected to the main house by a stairwell with a locked door located just inside the laundry room. The lock-out suite has its own separate outdoor entrance. Guests will have sole use of the house's indoor and outdoor amenities during their stay.

We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a full refund for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.

Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am unless otherwise specified.
