2bed 1bath unit with deck and hot tub, on the river 5 min to Estes park

  • Kozy Kove is our largest unit on site, perfect for small families or close friends. Unit features a living area with a TV, Gas Stove (fireplace), a full kitchen with a large 6 top table, a queen bed by the living area, a bedroom with a full bed, that has access to a balcony with patio seating, one shower, exiting the living area is the access to a private balcony and hot tub. Enjoy some bubbles with family and friends by the river. You have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best.it may go in and out at times we have a studio behind this unit that has a full kitchen bathroom tv and Queen bed it can be added for an additional fee so we could accommodate 6-7 guest for this room message me for more details
