"We stayed two nights in the main hotel. We loved being able to walk to everything and choose between lots of restaurants. The tulips were in bloom and the property is so beautiful. Its also convenient to sights in Doylestown, New Hope, and Lambertville"

"Parking was accessible and check in was pleasant. That's where our comfort ended. To access the room, we had to climb the flight of rusty stairs and walk down a very dark, dank, and dirty hallway. We entered the room, which seemed clean but smelled very strongly of cleaning products, took a look around, and decided we would never feel comfortable sleeping there or having our bags in the room. We turned around and left."

"Wonderful property, perfect for a weekend away. Close to all the activities and attractions that New Hope has to offer. Lucille was a great host, and adds all the items needed for an excellent stay. And her home baked goodies were so tasty. We plan on going again, as both our stays have been wonderful."

"We stayed in Room 207, and overall the room was clean. However, there were a couple of easy areas for improvement. The window drape needed to be properly attached to prevent the light and cold air from coming into the room. This establishment dates from 1751- it’s old. Therefore, the electrical outlets were a tad difficult to use when endeavoring to charge our cells and iPads because the outlets would not cooperate. From the location of this room we could hear a great deal of noise coming from the music and the bar dining area. Since the air conditioning is attached to the window, we could hear the busy morning street traffic. The absolute best part of this establishment is the “restaurant.” The food was “over the moon” delicious and very sophisticated. Our dinner was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The staff was beyond exceptional- everyone was very polite, very friendly and very professional."
