"The room smelled amazing right when I walked in! I also had a lovely lake view room. What u loved the most about the property was the closeness to the lake and walking areas as well as the very convenient FREE shuttle! I called to be picked up from the airport and I also used it to take me a mile down the road to Scoot Inn for a concert. (Be nice and tip if you use it!)"

"The place is clean and it has the basics you need , but nothing fancy. The facilities are old but working. The location is great. Breakfast is very basic, nothing cooked, except for boiled eggs. My only complaint is the noise - even at 10:30pm there’s sirens from the police car and noisy luggage rolling across the corridor."

"Thanks to Tanner for accommodating us to a more satisfying room. Our current room wasn’t ready but he made our day giving us the corner room experience. The staff were all so welcoming. The valet, front desk, the ladies in Loaf & Wine and the gentleman who gave us the extra hour for checking out. Staff are 5 star people 😁 We got to enjoy the tropic vibes of Zanzibar around sunset. The drink was super cute and the vibe was perfect starting point for our night. In the morning we got the complimentary coffee and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. 5 star ⭐️ Would have loved to eat at the restaurant but we were unfortunately on a time crunch. The hotel room was obviously wonderful. It was the perfect city view showing my significant other downtown Austin for the first time. He couldn’t stop talking about how great the shower was. The bed was so comfy and the room was so cold just how we like it. The pool was great we went @ 9:30am it’s I believe 4ft deep. It didn’t seem like it was as clean as it should be but it was good enough to still get in. You really can’t beat the wonderful view of the buildings and sky. The sun didn’t get past a building and hit the pool till about 11:30am. But the water still felt good. We specifically chose this hotel for its location to nearby restaurants and bars. The most we had to walk was 10 minutes. Great and safe walking area. Overall, this is a great hotel I highly recommend and we do plan to come back sometime soon 🙏"

"Entrance is confusing because the property is merged w Indigo hotel. This was not a great welcome, especially since my uber driver was also confused. Pool was cool and clean--perfect. Room was large and clean. When i thought the hairdryer was missing (hung up in a closet--shouldn't it be in the bathroom?) someone brought another one right away. Staff in general were helpful and friendly."
