"Nigel's place was ideal for our needs, a short tour of the Causeway coast. The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied.
It put the 4* hotel we stayed at in Belfast the night before to shame, it was much better.

"The hotel was just fine but what elevated my one night stay was the warmth of the staff. From reception to the bartenders and the wait staff at breakfast there was nothing other than genuine friendliness and kind consideration, none of the corporate smarminess one might find or usually finds in chain hotels. "This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town. "

"As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful.
