Homeless shelter across the road, it looks like someone had previously tried to kick the door in on the room we were allocated and screen pulled back as...

"We had booked to stay in Sage inn Merritt for about $170/night. When we arrived at the property we were shocked. It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel whereas it was not even like a very low rate motel. Although we were tired and needed to stay somewhere but preferred to leave that property. There was a very nice and friendly lady called Nickole only. Do not recommend this place at all."

"Although the hotel is older. The staff were super pleasant. The pool was clean and quiet. Best of all it was very quiet during the night. The breakfast staff are super friendly and even at 6:30 in the morning had a cheerful and welcoming smile. If I was going to complain about something it would be that the fail controlling the temperature in the fridge was broken. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay."
