"The hotel is old but well located with all the amenities needed within walk distance. Good transport connections too. The air conditioning stopped working in my room but the staff were very helpful and I was promptly moved to another. The breakfast was very basic but filling. The location is main selling point, right in the heart of La Rambla."

"This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Its greatest advantage is its exceptional location. If you want to be within a close proximity of La Sagrada Familia, this hotel is an outstanding choice. The rooftop bar truly sets it apart, offering breathtaking views that enhance the overall experience. It can get full let’s be honest, plenty of people wants to take a photo obviously because of the magnificenct view. They will prioritize and get you a table if you’re staying in the hotel. Imagine yourself waking up next to this beautiful church. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, non-biased, and consistently helpful. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism, which made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable."

"The hotel is very nice! The room was spacious & the bathroom was great. The windows have electric shutters type covering so you can black out all the light if you wanted to. The only drawback that we experienced was that the AC in the room rarely went below 71.6 degrees. We would leave the shutter closed all day while we were out and the AC would go down only to 71. Once you take a shower and are in the room for 10 minutes, that’s it, back up to 71.6 or even 72. The hotel lobby was also hot. It just literally felt like there was no AC running. Coming in from the outside you expect or hope to be somewhat refreshed but it was not cool. It took me 30 minutes to stop sweating and even after, it was still “room temperature” We were only here for 3 nights but if it would have been longer, I think it would have been a problem. Other than that it was great. The rooftop pool & terrace were awesome. Overall I would recommend just warn about the air."
