This hotel/residence is perfect for family or couples, it has a big supermarket close by, nandos literally outside and coffee beans which is amazing, the customer service and hospitality I received from all staff especially Aladeilaine and Ashraf was outstanding, going above and beyond, I had few issues but it was resolved immediately by Aladeilaime and Ashraf, I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and its a luxurious wow apartment, so spacious and clean, daily housekeeping but you have to call them, I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartment, when I go doha again I will definitely be staying in this hotel/apartment again. The customer service and hospitality I received from all the staff, especially Aladeilaine and Ashraf, were outstanding; they truly went above and beyond. I encountered a few issues, but Aladeilaine and Ashraf resolved them immediately.
I stayed in a luxurious three-bedroom apartment that was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping available upon request. I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartment. When I visit Doha again, I will certainly stay here. Thank you for a pleasant experience and excellent service!
