"Place is incredible, sadly my short stay was ruined by staff in the towel collection area, who thought it was acceptable to shout and speak down to me for not returning a towel on the first day, which I wasn't aware I had to.
For a luxury hotel it's let down by the basics. 1 towel is only allowed per person.
Towels have to be returned at the end of the day, a considerable walk in the other direction of the room.

"Lovely clean room that was regularly serviced by super friendly staff
Very useful approach of automatic aircon that is enabled when the windows close but switches off if they're opened.
Excellent location by the harbour with many restaurants and shops close by. But good glazing prevents excess noise accessing the rooms on a night. The balcony was a wonderful touch."

"George and Ginger are great at making you feel welcome in their lovely hotel. Our room had its own balcony overlooking the harbour. Water and fruit are readily available all day. Breakfast on the patio was a great start to the day. Rooms are very clean and there is a great sense of character about the building, which George is happy to fill you in on. They are both great hosts and are always interested in the guests daily activities. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!)
Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast.
Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price.
Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything...

"This trip was absolutely perfect. The hotel was very clean and was the perfect place for a holiday. After having already been there a few years prior, it was even better than I remembered. "George and Marianna were PHENOMENAL, as was the location and entire property. Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough."

"Contacted Irene the night before to arrange check-in for the following day, she responded immediately and said she would come pick us up from the ferry...very nice gesture, very thoughtful and much appreciated. Took us to the room which was spotlessly clean and made us feel at home. Irene is a very warm, friendly and sincere person...we felt at home.

"Located within the castle grounds, this property offers amazing luxury rooms and a truly unique experience.
