"Avoid at all costs. A false four star hotel, more of a capsule style one to two stars hotel, with inefficient disinterested staff and damaged rooms. Non functional check on computers, a small first come first serve basis shuttle not recommended by the staff and unreliable check in time, kept waiting in the lobby for 6 hours in the lobby until a room was finally made available after four queries and a complaint after the check in time. I would have been kept waiting another thirty minutes af...
"I consider this hotel to be a SCAM based on the name implying it is close to the airport.
It is on the France side so it requires a 30 minute paid shuttle to get to arrivals/departures, and there are no public transit options.
The area has nothing to do and no walkable streets."
"Close to the airport for walking. Not many food places close to walking other than the airport. Rooms were clean and the room had a real bathroom not a doom style. Pillows weren't comfortable at all but the bed was ok. "
"I did not like the fact I could not cancel the room within 48 hours of booking
My flight did not return through Geneva
I explained this several times
I am extremely disappointed with ibis"
