"Our stay was sooo great! We felt like we were at a Disney resort even without the characters! The only thing that turned. Me off is the shuttle service. It’s not really very helpful unless you want to be at the park super early and you have to book it in advance and pray no one beat you to it."

"I love how clean and clear the wave pool and pool area stayed throughout our stay! Also, staff was flexible and helpful with every request!"

"Everything was great except for the wifi. I was unable to get it to work on the iPad. I only wanted it at night to use white noise for my child to sleep. Had I known I would have brought a sound machine. Considering how amazing the rest of the hotel was it was a shame that couldn’t work. I would have been ok with this but the hotel staff member gave me a code because she got annoyed I could not find a non-existent button. Then she hung up before I could see if the code worked, which it didn’t. Other than that the hotel was amazing"
