"All was good- except the vending machines were out of order and there were several unhoused people in the parking lot sleeping in their cars. Other than that- very clean quick easy check-in, breakfast and coffee were good. Rooms were clean."

"My first impression was they needed to get new carpets in the rooms and hallways. Other than that, all was quite nice and comfy. Breakfast area was bright and pretty good selection of food."

"We had an amazing stay here for our college reunion weekend! The property was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out, relax, and sleep comfortably without feeling crowded.One of the highlights was kayaking on the lake—it was a huge hit with our group. We also loved having a well-equipped kitchen where we could cook meals together, which made the weekend feel even more special. The large common areas were perfect for catching up, playing games, and spending time together.Overall, this was an ideal place for a large group gathering, and we would definitely come back.A few suggestions that would make an already excellent property even better:* Install an EV (electric vehicle) charger for guests with electric cars.* Provide a few more life jackets so larger groups can enjoy kayaking at the same time.* Add a brief note explaining how to operate the showers. They use an older-style control where you need to pull the handle after turning it to start the water flow. We initially thought there was a plumbing issue, but the host responded immediately by arranging for a plumber to come out. It turned out the showers were working as designed, and a simple instruction would have prevented the confusion.Highly recommended for family gatherings, reunions, or any large group looking for a comfortable, spacious lakeside getaway!"
