"We were very pleased with this small resort. Everyone was so friendly. They had so many fun outdoor events (live music, pool bar, lawn games, outdoor movies and of course a beautiful pool). We loved feeling like we were in the Caribbean at this adorable little spot. Definitely would come back. Bathroom in our room could have used an updated but definitely not a disappointment as it’s a beach hotel. Very clean!"

"This is a huge complex of buildings. That was unexpected. At first glance i thought it needed some tlc. There was many dead bushes in the landscaping. But someone told me that the area experienced a bad frost which had killed a lot of vegetation. The complex was in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and store and had beach access. It was clean and the staff were fabulous. My room and need were comfortable and everything was in working order. Lots of hot water. A decent breakfast was served daily and the coffee was delicious!"

"What a disappointment. We have stayed at La Quinta many times, but this hotel was a dump. We ended up in a bottom room that was supposed to be oceanfront, but all we saw out our window was a berm of grass and weeds. It also was where people walked their dogs. The walk to the beach had all kinds of trash and garbage. The beach was nasty. We ended up being put at the end of a hall which overlooked the hotel next-door who was having a motorcycle convention. Very noisy. The people next-door kept trying to open the adjoining room door. There was also not a chain on the door. We really did not feel safe here. Probably my last time staying at this chain again."

"Do not stay here if you plan on sleeping! We were above the pool and it was extremely loud with music and you could even hear people just talking. The staff were nice but had to know the room placement was a disaster. Others were also complaining when we checked out. Had we not brought ear plugs - we would have had zero sleep. The music blasted from 9:30am to midnight. The room was nice and clean though. The managers were lovely. But we have multiple trips coming up that depart from Cape Canaveral and we will not be staying here again."

"An ocean front oasis in the sea of standard hotels. Really should advertise as a bed and breakfast...home feeling from the doors to the comfy couches, wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, phenomenal staff, and of course, the comfort dogs! Thank you...we WILL be back!!"

"Sketchy! Only plus is proximity to rocket launch viewing on Cocoa Beach two blocks away and waffle House across the street. Beds were clean and comfortable but floor felt like you didn't want to take your shoes off and shower filled to ankles. Neighbor was a permanent resident who stayed up all night to play the ukulele. Check in staff friendly. What do you expect for $150 all in, Saturday night in April and last room left in town, we wanted to see the rocket launch last minute. It's a... Room? "
