"It was our anniversary and we asked for a room with a balcony and Ocean view and they got back to us right away, standing that they would set that up for us. The room was perfect. Didn’t realize it had two full bathrooms two balconies overlooking the ocean and it also had the pool with the spa hot tub that we used every night. Everyone there at the desk was so lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and up-to-date. We can’t wait to go there again thank you for a beautiful place to stay."

"Spent a week here with a total of 7 family members including kids. We enjoyed the convenience and the beautiful setting. The house is in a secluded street off the main road along the shore. Surf Drive Beach is less than 5 min walk away just cross this street. The air is fresh, there is constantly a pleasant breeze, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is also a relatively short drive from another popular beach, Old Silver Beach, and is a short drive or bicycle ride to town. The bicycle path runs along the ocean and then northward through some nice shady trees, and makes for a very nice, fairly easy ride, even for kids. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is not far away as well - a short drive or a bike ride as well. The house itself structurally feels a bit older, with some odd steps and cramped areas in some rooms, and has only 1 indoor full bath, with an additional half bath inside one of the bedrooms and an outdoor shower (in a private stall). All the appliances in the house are relatively new and work well - fridge, stove, washer/dryer, and multiple TVs. The water temperature and pressure in the house are excellent. The upstairs area is like a family room, is a bit newer, and features numerous windows, which permits a very pleasing cross breeze at all hours. Overall we had a very nice time enjoying the various sights in Cape Cod thanks to this house."

"We loved staying at Josh’s house. First, it has a great location. Not only is it very close (actually about a 5 minute walk) to the beach, but it’s also in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s also only about a 25 minute walk to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. The house itself is gorgeous, with lots of natural light and wonderful balconies/porches on each floor and on the top of the house. Having AC, laundry and a full kitchen was also very convenient, especially when traveling with a small child. The place was clean and there were plenty of supplies/amenities like games, beach towels, and beach chairs, which we appreciated. In addition, Josh was very responsive. We would definitely recommend!"
