Location was great. Unfortunately, the smoke detectors came on because of a low battery in the middle of the night. We called maintenance and they couldn’t locate the source. Needless to say we got no sleep and had to move out to another condo.

Location was great. Unfortunately, the smoke detectors came on because of a low battery in the middle of the night. We called maintenance and they couldn’t locate the source. Needless to say we got no sleep and had to move out to another condo. Add salt to the wound, the fees, cleaning and taxes totaled more than the two night stay! The heroes were Summit Resort Gruop who accommodated us with another condo for the rest of our stay. Thanks to them!

Very comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us.
Our stay was well organized, and the condo exceeded our expectations.
Perfect location at Lake Dillon and for the Amphitheater. Cant see in as its first floor and off the side street but can listen to the show.Kitchen and 1 bath fully remodeled. Washer and Dryer. Everything you need.
The location was fantastic but internal upkeep left something to be desired. Additionally it would have been helpful to know that one of the bedrooms is situated above some sort of water heating system which is likely awesome in the winter but not the summer.
Location was great, right next to Lake Dillon and amphitheater. Also, what could be annoying is the noise from the amphitheater until 10pm when there are concerts unless you came for that. The property itself is old but okay except for a couple of things:- We went in summer. There's no air-conditioning, which is fine, except for 1 room getting very hot even with the window open, portable fan running full blast and outside temperature in 50s at night. This is due to the water heating system being right under the floor ofcthat room.- The carpets were nasty; hadn't been cleaned or replaced for a while. So not even sure about the sofa.- All the cooking pots/pans were old and worn out. Its non-stick surfaces were peeling badly, making them unusable. The portable fans (two provided) are extremely noisy and guaranteed to keep you awake at night. All in all, I think it'd be a good property to stay at in the winter but not summer. The things I mentioned need to be addressed to make it an attractive property.
The place was clean, perfectly located, and great for us and our kids!

Reviewer Comments:
Unit was old, dirty, in poor condition with rodent droppings. Very dissatisfied but Summit manager Nichole Seliga listened to my complaints and issued a partial refund... so she saved the day and I would rent thru Summit again, but not Lake Cliff # 105.

Poorly maintained accommodations with great view
Disappointed. There was damage that hadn't been repaired - for example, large cracks on shower door, door hanging loose on bathroom vanity, pieces of the heating vent were dislodged, scuff marks all over paint work and baseboards, an unpainted area on the kitchen wall, mouse traps in living room. It looked more like student accommodation than a high-end rental accommodation.

Beautiful Location
This condo has a great location, pretty spacious, & beautiful views. It had plenty of homey amenities (cooking, games, books, etc.) The condo suited our needs but there were a few issues that I think were mostly due to the property management. There were mouse droppings on the countertop, in the pantry and by one of the bedrooms. One of the toilets ran the entire weekend, the one fan didn't work (it was a warm weekend) and the microwave was shorting out on us. Also, when checking in and out the woman at Summit Resort Group was very rude and it caught me off guard.
I hope that they can get these fixed because it was a very cozy condo and an overall nice weekend.

Reviewer Comments:
The location just can’t be beat! We loved sitting out on the porch when it was raining. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room. The walk in shower was very poorly maintained, cracked and stained. We just didn’t use it, but the other bathroom was fine. But probably the most challenging for us was how hot and stuffy and musty the place was. Even when the doors were open. I’d recommend bringing your own fans if you care about that. There was only one pretty old fan. Wouldn’t be an issue as the weather cools. I think a solid carpet and upholstery cleaning would really help. We’d go back, but we’d bring fans! But you really are in the middle of things at Lake Dillon, which we loved!
The location is perfect for a vacation where you don’t want to drive anywhere. There’s a great view of lake Dillon, you are steps from the amphitheater, paved bike trail, marina, and kids playground. There are several great restaurants within a 2 min walk (Pug Ryans, ProFusion, etc). The condo is old, but it looks like upgrades are slowly being made (new kitchen tile, oven, & dishwasher). The beds were comfortable and we were even able to set up the pack n play in one of the bathrooms. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway spot.

Great place to stay. The unit was clean, and has towels, shampoo, and soap. First floor is a bonus since there aren't any elevators. Slight traffic noise in the morning if the sliding door to balcony is open at night, but if it's closed its quiet. I would highly recommend this unit!
