"I had a peaceful stay my only complaints are our toilet wouldn’t flush properly and when I requested new bedsheets and towels I didn’t get anything or a response thats all Everything else was fine "

"Room was clean. Staff responsive. My AC unit clogged up causing the tiles on the floor at the foot of my bed to be “squishy”. I reported it and maintenance came up promptly, disassembled the unit, and suctioned out the water build up/clog. Problem did not completely go away and as an added bonus a large water bug decided to come in from the outside and hang out in my AC unit for the rest of my stay."
