Die angrenzende BĂ€ckerei (EigentĂŒmer ebenfalls Vermieter des Hauses) ist super praktisch.
Die LautstĂ€rke der angrenzende StraĂe ist ein Mankos, dessen man sich bewusst sein sollte."

"FĂŒr jeden der Ruhe nötig hat sehr schön gelegen
Einzige Manko es laufen Bahngleise in unmittelbarer NĂ€he her die aber in Wohnbereich bei geschlossener TĂŒr und Fenster noch störend sind. Ansonsten muss man schon etwas fahren in Kauf nehmen um zu anderen Höhlen zu kommen !
