"We stayed at the Arnold family home for a few days to hike in the Adirondacks’ fall foliage. The house was beautiful! The perfect location, not too far of a drive from any of our hikes (three brother and Phelps). The layout of the home was perfect for our family of mixed ages (50all the way down to 3 months). We hope to visit again next year! Perhaps a bit longer to get to enjoy the peaceful property around the home."

"I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. Wilmington is a cute little town with an wonderful Italian restaurant a small grocery and a small liquior store. There gas price was the best in the ADK.
