"The breakfast buffet was great and so was the pool with a window to the bar! Having a coffee shop onsite was convenient also. We were there a day the restaurant was closed but the bar did have some food available to buy and we could take our draft beers to our room which was great!! Elevators were pretty slow in the morning but there are lots of rooms. Plenty of parking and staff were nice. The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. "The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy."

Only had three washcloths had to go and get more washcloths ask for more coffee never got more coffee. The ice machine did not work so we had to go to the other building every time we wanted ice. "Very beautiful well kept grounds and buildings. Seemed very clean inside also. Pools and the different patios and grills were very nice addition. Staff was very friendly."

"Everything was good except one of the queen beds was sloped to one side of about 2 inches. So i kept waking up on the other side almost off the bed. Pillows wedged helped stay put in one spot. Food was good for breakfast. Kind of small room with only one desk wuth a chair. No comfy chair. Shower had good pressure. Nice quiet location."

Visited several times and the main pool and slides are never open and they act like it is about to be open every Time and didn’t have have my number to let me know. The listing has always showed the pool. Do not stay here if you plan to swim. The little pool open was dirty and had debris on the bottom. Cloudy. Indoor pool was clean but shared by all the guests and tiny."
