I went to shower and realized the prior tenants towels were still hanging on the towel rack and the used washcloths were still in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was no hand soap -- anywhere...

The kitchen has every tool, pan, pot, mug, cup, etc. The fridge has every condiment you could desire.
