"While the property is nice it has seen better days. The gardens were nice. The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean. The amenities were old like the warped pool tables. There wasnā€™t much interior seating in the social areas to sit at on rainy days except for the restaurant. The few staff that worked there were friendly and they work hard. "If you want a quiet and relaxing time, donā€™t go to this hotel. We stayed there from Saturday to Sunday. An awfully load music started at 9 pm and finished at 4 am. It was so noisy you can hear it like itā€™s next door, even through the headphones. Impossible to have a good sleep. The hotel doesnā€™t have WIFI, the rooms donā€™t have complimentary water and a hairdryer, which you may need after the water activities. "Absolutely wonderful! We arrived before the scheduled check-in time, the staff were happy to oblige. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room, which has a delightful patio/balcony area with swinging chair. There are fruit trees on the property which you can eat from gorgeous pool area and the food at the restraint was tasty. Iā€™d definitely stay there again. Plus the staff are super friendly and the owner took us for a tour of the gardens, explained the different fruits and speaks pretty good English. Itā€™s about 15 mins out of town (Tarapoto) but well worth it!! "
