"I stayed here last year and everything was great, however this time Aug 2026, things were a bit different, First the price increased, No hand soap in the bathrooms, I asked reception and they said they were out of stock!!! So prior notice for this would have been great, we would have purchased our own, the tiles in the bathrooms were so dodgy and unfinished and not a great look and feels incomplete especially since the prices per room have increased, I booked the Spa massage as the pictures in...

"Everything was excellent but a side note, the rooms just need a bit of maintenance. The shower head doesn’t seem to properly stay up. The wall plugs on both sides of the bed needs to be properly looked at and screwed flush and also the lamps tend to not work. But other than that me and my wife enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!"

"Lovely team of staff at the outrigger! The breakfasts were delicious every morning and I felt very welcomed! The team genuinely care about your welfare and enjoyment on the island! They were super helpful booking taxis, restaurants, activities and advising on stores/sight seeing etc. Couldn’t recommend more highly."
