"Visited for the sugar mad carnival season. Location was walking distance to the downtown area where most of the festivities happened. Room was nice and cozy had microwave and fridge and the property had a communal kitchen. If hotel staff is not on site, they are very quick and responsive via cell phone call or what’s app. Will def visit again and stay here ! "

This place has a massive beach that is almost always empty, have access to private club next door which has great food drinks and views. "Amazing property with a great location, and amazing and very responsive host (Dean). He even reached out to us knowing there were flight issues on the island before we did and offering help. If you're looking for a place to stay on St. Kitts, I doubt you'll find better than this property. The property is very nice, with all modern appliances and amenities, great air con and wifi, and located conveinent walking distance to Frigate Bay, local restaurants and bars, and 20min walk to RAMS grocery...
