"We stayed 13 days from May 2 to May 14th. The hotel was clean, safe and the breakfast was the best especially the Trellis Local. There was 24 hour security and St Joseph Village is a beautiful neighbourhood. Would like to give a shout out to Tanya Laing, Carmen, Jennifer, Jenni , Sintra and Remmi G. The only glitch was we requested 2 double beds however the room only had one. The security guard who brought us to our room stated we would have to deal with it as house keeping had left for the day....

"The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. "It is very hard to find this property. The GPS does not take you there and it is very very confusing. It took me a good 30 minutes to find and there is no signs out at all. When I received my room I had to get the bathroom cleaned. Overall the cleanliness was ok but not to the standards. They also did the vacuuming at 2:30 am then next night at 4:00 am. The hotel is not insulated so we could hear everything. After the second night of vacuuming I kindly asked the front desk not to do this...

"The location was as advertised...beautiful location and home..Nevertheless, .the property had too many maintenance issues.. the upstairs master bedroom a/c does not work. Asked to have it repaired. NO ONE CAME. Other leaks in orher areas.Also not sure why, but we had no running water for the last 2 days??? If we didnt have family near by this wouldve been much worser. But damn we paid good money for the stay.Unacceptable!!"
