"Front desk staff are helpful and professional. The property is a dump. As a contractor my daily footprint is virtually unseen as all material and tools are put away and my area cleaned up at days end. I'm unsure if there are Renovations or just repairs that were happening ceiling tires were missing and broken debris on the floor hanging wires the elevator is absolutely disgusting. I hope I'm able to show the photos that I took of the property. This included the rooms which are outdated to say...

"Would be nice to have an elevator and microwaves inside the rooms. The closest microwave on the 2n floor i was able to get to, came to find out, it doesn’t work. I’ve Had a few luggage's that was needed to take upstairs and i had to do it myself with a big stomach, currently at 6 months pregnant and had to carry luggage’s by myself. The vending machines also had no drinks. The staff, started knocking on doors for room services before people are able to check out. These were the doors that are...

"Staff is always accommodating and wonderful! "

"Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub out of order. Fridge was turned off and very smelly. Did not stock breakfast items. "

"Take this property off your listings. It was so wretched that we could not even stay there and had to book another room. It was absolutely filthy and did not even have a chair or heat. We lost our full payment because it was so wretched."

"Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. "

"The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and plenty of kitchen items to make Christmas dinner and bake with. Dawn was very attentive to our needs and responded very quickly to both our emails and texts."
