"Argo was the perfect location just by the beach but 5 minute walk into the port town. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast each morning, and easily rented cars from their affiliate service with parking 1 block away. Easy access to the rest of the island, all the beaches and sites. "My group had booked 4 rooms at this resort. Generally, everything was great - the two pools, closeness to the beach, breakfast options, and helpful front desk. However, of the 4 rooms we had booked, 2 of the rooms had incredibly uncomfortable issues with housekeeping. For both rooms, the housekeeping did more than just clean the rooms. They folded all the clothes (including folding dirty clothes and packing with clean clothes), packed them in our packing cubes, and put the packing cubes back...

"Pros: Beautiful and clean pool, great breakfast, shuttle to an amazing beach Cons: Our family room was basic (no headboard, one pillow per person), small tv, our patio had no plants or coverage as depicted in pictures and small bathroom. Mini golf and ping pong table need updating to be playable. For the price was a reasonable stay - was clean and quiet. Would recommend a car to access restaurants."

"Place was perfect right outside the main town area easy walk. Little problem with the previous customers led to us not being able to get into our room right away so we were UPGRADED to the the PENTHOUSE until it was read. Konstantino was amazing as well as Georgia. Our executive Queen was a little on the small side but my son and I chose that as we only needed a place to sleep. Outdoor jacuzzi was a nice touch. Just do it. It's not a resort, but it was absolutely perfect for us."

However, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, and the pool was not heated (we were here mid June). This is normal for this area, but we made sure to book a place that looked like it had a hot tub and while it appears on the pictures that there is a hot tub, this was also not heated…...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grotta. From the start, they arranged for free transport to and from the Ferry Port. This was extremely convenient and cost effective for us. We enjoyed the friendly driver who handled our tranport. When I had a problem with a change in time on our ferry ticket, he quickly transported me to the Ferry ticket office to resolve so I could get to my ferry on time. The breakfast was spectacular. "If you want a place that’s right on the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops, this is the spot. The rooms are pretty basic but have the essentials. There is a restaurant on site as well as sunbeds and umbrellas that you can rent for the day. After traveling from Athens to Mykonos we made it to Naxos, where we thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing spot."

"The room was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. It was a beautiful room and it was conveniently located to a lot of things very walkable. The only thing we did not like was that we gave them laundry to do and as long as you fit it in a bag, then they charge you €20 for that bag when we got the laundry back, it was folded in two bags and they charged us for two bags, even though we have been led to believe that whatever would fit in the bag was for €20 so they ended up charging us for three...

"I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels and resorts globally. Lianos Village is a 5-star stay without question. The rooms are well appointed, sound proofed, comfortable beds, fantastic balconies, strong AC and wifi. The property is well maintained and beautifully laid out. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. And the family and staff that run the place are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know and hope to return one day!"
